About Stauffer Compressor

Stauffer Compressor N’ Machine, Inc. officially began operations on August 20, 2002. We are a small and efficient company serving Lancaster, Lebanon, Berks, York, Dauphin, and Chester counties, but have serviced compressors in Wilkes Barre, Stroudsburg, State College, and Wilmington, Delaware.

We offer over 55 years of combined compressor experience, over 40 years of machine shop experience.

Our machine shop capabilities allow us to machine new parts, repair old ones (with a process called “spray welding”), or manufacture custom machinery built to customer specifications.

Our employees, Cliff Stauffer, Service Manager; Tom Auker, Machinist; Frank Wolf, Service Technician; and Darwin Davis, Sales; are able to assist you with all your questions, concerns, or trouble. We believe in enjoying ourselves as we work, (just look at the picture of the Air Head Professor), and laughter can be heard through the shop on any given day. At the same time we realize that when your equipment is down, your business is down, (and there is no fun in that), and we pride ourselves on responding to emergencies in a timely manner.

We offer both powder and electric arc processes in many types of material.

  • All types of welding: Steel, Aluminum, Cast Iron. MIG/Stick
  • Small Production Runs
  •  Shaft and pump housing repairs
  • Free estimates

We also offer pneumatic services.

Maintenance & Repair Services

  • An air compressor and pneumatic equipment maintenance program.
  • Custom tailored to your needs.
  • You choose the frequency of the service.
  • You choose what units are to be serviced.

Our repair policy requires us to completely disassemble, inspect and measure all components before giving an estimate to rebuild your compressor. We also provide a cost on a new replacement pump, when available, to allow you, the consumer, to make an informed decision.
